Xiaomi Scooter Error Codes

If your scooter is experienced some kind of error and beeps, most likely there is some kind of problem.

If you don't know how to identify it, we will show you the error codes and beeps on Xiaomi scooter, plus an explanation of the related components.

These are the different codes:

  • 1-0: Communication with the panel is abnormal.
  • 1-1: Phase A motor current is abnormal.
  • 1-2: Motor current phase B is abnormal.
  • 1-3: The motor current phase C is abnormal.
  • 1-4: The acceleration sensor reading is abnormal.
  • 1-5: The brake sensor reading is abnormal.
  • 1-8: The engine sensor reading is abnormal.
  • 2-1: Communication error with the BMS.
  • 2-2: Wrong BMS password.
  • 2-3: Abnormal BMS serial number.
  • 2-4: Abnormal system voltage.
  • 2-6: Saving to FLASH memory is incorrect.
  • 2-7: Wrong controller password.
  • 2-8: MOSFET high state is abnormal.
  • 2-9: The low state of the MOSFET is abnormal.
  • 3-1: Program jump error.
  • 3-5: Wrong skate serial number.
  • 3-9: The battery sensor temperature is abnormal.
  • 4-0: The controller sensor temperature is abnormal.

Why is my Xiaomi scooter beeping?

Problems can usually happen because the charger used is not compatible with the electric scooter, or because it has gotten too wet.

They can beep Xiaomi m365 like other models too, and each beep has a meaning and it is:

  • long beep: Represents decimal number of the code.
  • short beep: Represents unit of the previous code.

Basically, it is a Morse code which is translated by a robot, and depending on the problem your scooter has, the cost will be more or less high.

Relationship between error codes and Xiaomi scooter beeps

Previously, in the codes, we have mentioned above the related items from each of them.

But if you're still wondering what the errors on your Xiaomi m365, below we will explain what they mean and what function they have.

  • BMS: It is the element that is responsible for managing the charging, discharging and controlling that both the voltage and the peak value sent to the motor are always correct. That is, it is the one that decides which current passes and which does not.
  • MOSFET: If the concept of transistors sounds familiar to you, it's basically something similar. They are elements that are found in the controller and are soldered with the i2t mod elements.
  • CONTROLLER: The controller is the element of the scooter's motherboard and its function is to coordinate and manage the rest of the electronics so that there are no problems. You could say that he is like the brain of the operation. In addition to its main function, it also calculates the autonomy, limits the speed of the scooter, etc.
